These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and r889 ("r889", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at r889.app. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on r889, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on r889, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, instant games, and all associated payment and promotional services. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

To register and maintain an account on r889, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. r889 does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

• You must not have previously been self-excluded from r889 or had your account terminated for a breach of these Terms.

r889 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) r889 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. r889 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your r889 username and password strictly confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying r889 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly on shared or public devices.

r889 staff will never ask you to disclose your password. Any communication purporting to be from r889 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on r889 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. r889 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to users.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your r889 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. r889 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

The following general principles apply to all r889 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire within the timeframe specified on each promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

The following general betting and gaming principles apply across all r889 products:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where explicitly permitted by the specific rules of the relevant market.
• r889 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest error in the odds has occurred, including typographical errors or system malfunctions that result in incorrect pricing.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a game or sporting event, the result as recorded by the relevant official governing body shall be considered final.
• r889's sportsbook covers PSL, international cricket, T20 leagues, and other sporting events. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and are displayed at the point of placement. r889 may impose individual account bet limits at its discretion.
• Winnings from casino games and sports bets will be credited to your r889 account balance promptly following the settlement of the relevant event or game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r889 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using the account of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in r889's platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which r889 offers markets.
• Laundering money or using r889 as a conduit for any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or any form of payment fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing r889 staff or other users.

All content on the r889 platform — including but not limited to the r889 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of r889 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r889 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any r889 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on r889's platform or software.
• Use the r889 brand, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner likely to cause confusion or bring r889 into disrepute.

Any unauthorised use of r889's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

r889's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the r889 Privacy Policy.

r889 collects and processes personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and improving the platform experience. r889 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by r889, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. Please contact our support team to exercise your data rights.

r889 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and player welfare. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most players, can become harmful for some individuals. r889 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to help all players stay in control:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r889 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the r889 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from technical failures.
• Delays in the settlement of bets or processing of payments.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond r889's reasonable control (including natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures).

r889's total aggregate liability to any user for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The r889 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. r889 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and browser are adequately protected.

r889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.
• Failure to complete or pass the required KYC identity verification process.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Where r889 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination for cause, r889 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If no breach is ultimately established, net balance funds will be returned via the original payment method. Balances associated with confirmed fraud or Terms violations will be forfeited.

You may close your r889 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under r889's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent r889 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing fraudulent activity.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

r889 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, r889 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the r889 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. r889 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it each time you access the platform.
